Multi-Entity Finance

Multi-company and multi-legal-entity accounting, parent-child-subsidiary relationships, consolidated statements, and multi-currency support.

Sharp-Accounting is built for organizations that are more than one company — multiple legal entities, mixed industries, and operations across currencies.

Each company in your organization can be a separate legal entity with its own independent accounting books and financial records. A group operating a hotel company, a restaurant company, and a clinic keeps clean, legally distinct books for each — all within one platform.

The organization structure itself — companies, branches, and legal entities — is defined in Orchestrator, and Sharp-Accounting builds its books on that structure.

Parent, child, and subsidiary relationships

Model your corporate structure as it really is: parent companies, children, and subsidiaries, with ownership relationships reflected in the books.

Separate books or consolidated statements

Choose the financial structure that matches how your business reports:

  • Separate books per entity — each legal entity closes and reports independently.
  • Consolidated financial statements — entity books roll up through parent-child relationships into consolidated statements for the whole organization.

You don't have to pick one forever — entities keep their own books either way; consolidation is a reporting view on top.

Multi-currency support

Operate and record transactions in multiple currencies — essential for organizations whose entities trade across borders or serve international customers.
