Manage companies, branches, and legal entities — the structure every Sharp app builds on.
Orchestrator is where you model your business structure. Every Sharp application reads this structure, so companies, branches, and legal entities are defined once and used everywhere.
The organization hierarchy
Sharpnr is multi-tenant, multi-company, and multi-branch by design:

| Branch | A physical or operational location under a company — a hotel property, a clinic, a store |
A single organization can manage multiple industries and business sectors at once. A mixed business — for example a group that operates hotels, restaurants, retail stores, and a hospital — runs everything from one platform, with each company enabling only the apps it needs.
Legal entities and accounting books
Each company in your organization can be a separate legal entity with its own independent accounting books and financial records. Orchestrator lets you choose the financial structure that matches how your business is organized:
- Separate books per entity — each legal entity maintains its own general ledger, statements, and compliance records in Sharp-Accounting.
- Consolidated reporting — parent, child, and subsidiary relationships roll up into consolidated financial statements across the organization.
Multi-branch operations
Branches let a company operate multiple locations under shared configuration. Business operation apps use this directly — for example, Sharp-Hospitality supports multi-property management, shared kitchens across multiple businesses, and shared menus with items routed to different kitchens.
Stakeholder visibility
Beyond administration, Orchestrator gives stakeholders a view of the whole organization — every company, branch, and enabled service — without requiring them to work inside each individual app.
