App Management
Enable, disable, and control every Sharp application and service from Orchestrator.
Every application in the Sharpnr ecosystem is provisioned and managed through Orchestrator. This is where you decide which apps each company uses and control the services behind them.
Enable or disable applications
Sharpnr is modular — organizations pay for and use only the applications they need. From Orchestrator you can:
- Enable an app for a company — the app is provisioned and becomes available to that company's users.
- Disable an app — the app is switched off for that company without affecting other companies in the organization.
- Mix apps per company — each company can run a different combination, since every app works both independently and as part of the unified platform.

Service control
Beyond enabling apps, Orchestrator gives administrators direct control over the services that power them:
- Start, stop, and restart Sharp services.
- Maintenance mode — take a service offline for maintenance in a controlled way.
- Service health and status — see at a glance what is running and what needs attention (see Monitoring).
Apps work independently — and better together
Enabling apps through Orchestrator is what unlocks Sharpnr's out-of-the-box integration. For example:
- Business operation apps can run completely independently, without requiring other Sharp platform services.
- When Sharp-Accounting is enabled alongside Sharp-Hospitality, sales and purchases automatically post journal entries — no manual ledger recording.
- When Cables is enabled, records, documents, invoices, tickets, and tasks from other apps can be shared directly within conversations.
