Orchestrator is the observation deck for your Sharpnr ecosystem. Administrators see the state of every enabled service from one dashboard, without logging into each app.
Service health & status
The administration dashboard shows the live status of every Sharp service enabled for your organization — what is running, what is degraded, and what is stopped. From the same view, administrators can start, stop, or restart services.
Logs & diagnostics
View logs and diagnostics for platform services directly in Orchestrator. When something behaves unexpectedly, administrators can inspect what happened without leaving the command center.
Resource usage
Monitor how much of the platform's resources each service and company consumes. Resource usage visibility helps organizations understand their footprint — and, once pricing is announced, what they are paying for.
Alerts & notifications
Platform alerts notify administrators when a service needs attention — health changes, failures, or administrative events. Notifications keep the operations team responsive without requiring them to watch the dashboard.
Maintenance mode
Maintenance mode controls let administrators take services offline in a controlled, communicated way — for example during planned configuration changes — and bring them back when ready.
