Getting Started
Create your Sharpnr organization and take your first steps in Orchestrator.
Sharpnr is a cloud-based SaaS platform — there is nothing to install or self-host. Getting started with Orchestrator means creating an organization account and signing in.
Early Access
Sharpnr is currently in Alpha. The platform is free during the early access period; pricing will be announced later.
1. Create your organization
Sign up at auth.sharpnr.com/signup to create an organization account. If your organization already exists, sign in at auth.sharpnr.com instead.
For a full walkthrough of account creation, see Signup & Onboarding.
2. Open Orchestrator
Once signed in, open orchestrator.sharpnr.com. Orchestrator is the first app every organization uses — it is where the rest of the ecosystem gets switched on.
3. Set up your organization structure
Before enabling apps, define how your business is structured:
- Companies — add each company that operates under your organization.
- Branches — add branches or properties under each company.
- Legal entities — if you run multiple legal entities, decide whether each keeps separate accounting books or reports into consolidated financial statements.
See Organization Management for details.
4. Enable the apps you need
Sharpnr is modular — organizations use only the applications they need. From Orchestrator, enable apps per company:
- An industry operations app such as Sharp-Hospitality for hotels, restaurants, bars, and nightclubs.
- Core services such as Sharp-Accounting, Sharp-HR, Sharp-Marketing, Cables, Silo, Folio, and Cortex.
See App Management for the full list and how enabling works.
5. Invite your team
Grant administrative access with role-based permissions, and let employees access their day-to-day tools through SharpIAM, the employee portal. See Access & Security.
